How long will my edible gift box keep for?
Most products included in our gift boxes are best consumed within 24 hours to enjoy ultimate freshness. Fruits and custard filled cakes and pastries should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours. Cupcakes and macarons should be consumed within 2-3 days. Cookies will keep in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks. Biscuits, chocolates and confectionary, if stored correctly can last for weeks. Please use commonsense when it comes to food safety and storage.
What sizes do your gift boxes come in?
Our standard box range comes in three sizes, small (25.5cm x 15.5cm x 8cm), medium (36cm x 25.5cm x 8cm) and large (56cm x 25.5cm x 8cm).
Our personalised magnetic close gift boxes are available in medium (34cm x 26cm x 9cm) & large (42cm x 33cm x 11cm).
Can I cancel my order?
A 24 hour minimum is required for order cancellation. If we are advised at least 24 hours prior to delivery or pickup a full refund (less a $25 admin fee) can be issued, alternatively order can also be rescheduled. Please note last minute cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Can I send a message with my order?
Absolutely! We include a complimentary gift card with every gift box so just fill out the message field before you check out.
